General Booking Terms and Conditions:

  1. 50% deposit required within 7 days to secure your booking.
  2. The balance will be due 60 days prior to date of arrival.
  3. Please use your invoice number as your banking reference and send proof of payment to
    • Please only make payments to the bank account details stated on your invoice.
    • If in doubt as to where to pay please call the Cape Town reservations office on +27 (0)21 418 2312 during South African office hours (GMT +2)
  4. Deposits and final payments are to be paid gross and free of all bank charges. Remitter to cover all fees.
  5. Cancellation policy:
    • 50% of total invoiced amount if cancelled 90 days prior to arrival
    • 100% of total invoiced amount if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
    • No show – 100% of fee
    • Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing by our sales office.
    • Please note that all refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges. We strongly suggest that you take out personal travel insurance when you pay your deposit to protect against unforeseen circumstances that might lead you to have to cancel within 90 days of departure. Be aware that most policies will only cover for medical related reasons for you or your direct family.
    • Should the deposit/pre-payment not be received within the time frame specified Pangolin Photo Safaris reserves the right to cancel the booking and resend the invoice.
  6. Late arrivals/early departures: no refunds will be given for meals or services not taken up.
  7. If any of the activities as stipulated in the itinerary are not taken up by the client, no refund or fee adjustment will be made.

Discounts and Promotions:

  1. The voucher must be redeemed before June 2018 for any safari by Pangolin Photo Safaris departing no later than December 2018 and made directly with Pangolin Photo Safaris.
  2. Only one voucher can be used per safari booking.
  3. The voucher is not transferable and must be used by the person attending the show or a direct family member.
  4. The voucher carries no cash value and may not be resold to a third party.
  5. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with ay other promotion or discount.
  6. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any bookings made through tour operators or travel agencies.
  7. This voucher cannot be used retrospectively with existing bookings.
  8. The voucher can only be redeemed for packages including accommodation and not for activities only.
